Furniture Factory Tecina Office System Private Ltd started
manufacturing modular office furniture through its factory in
Nagpur 1st Italian Furniture Showroom in India setup at Rati
Villa

Daman Factory Set up its 42000 sq ft Furniture Factory in Daman

India & Dubai Started Furniture Showrooms in Delhi, Pune,

CDDMO™ (Concept Design Development Management Operations) model — encompassing resorts,
private residences, and adventure zones — pioneering a new era of luxury experiential living

Through this visionary expansion, Della Resorts is set to scale its offerings from 300 to
over 3,000 keys within three years. Over three decades, we have built a strong team of
2,500+ people instrumental in successfully setting up and operating townships.
