Jimmy envisions the future of human living - integrating architecture, wellness, technology, and behavioural science to create environments that nurture longevity, happiness, and community. Through Della Townships, he is pioneering India’s only integrated township model built on 10 Dimensions of Value creation, transforming real estate into self-sustaining lifestyle ecosystems.

A champion of Salutogenic and Salutogenic Design, Jimmy believes that design should not only inspire but also heal - enabling spaces to actively enhance human health and potential. His philosophy, “Add Years to Life and Life to Years,” defines every initiative under the Della Group umbrella.

I am Nitin Mehta, part of the Della Group since its inception. During my journey of more than 28–30 years with Della Group, I have actively contributed to financial structuring and related legal compliances that fueled the Group’s growth. The proposed Townships across various locations require strategic financial and compliance planning. With a strong backup team, I aspire to use our collective experience, skill, and ability to bring Della’s vision to life.

With over 20 years at Della Group, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the organization through its many phases of transformation. Today, I head the hospitality division, leading strategic operations and business expansion with a committed team of over 2,500 professionals. Together, we’ve scaled the division to a top line of over ₹200 crore, positioning Della as a leader in India’s luxury hospitality space. Our portfolio includes premier wedding destinations, large-scale corporate MICE solutions, India’s largest extreme adventure park, and a thriving entertainment division. With the upcoming Della Townships, we aim to set new benchmarks in experiential hospitality—creating one-of-a-kind guest journeys through design, gastronomy, adventure, and entertainment that go far beyond the conventional.

With 18+ years at Della Group, she spearheads Interior Products Supply company, Designs and Over looks Real Estate arm , heads finance, and drives strategy and transformation.

A multi-faceted professional since 18 years having risen to the ranks under the mentorship of Founder Jimmy Mistry. She attributes her success to being able to constantly reinvent herself and find new challenges that are fulfilling. It is her belief that results come from doing the basics right every time, day after day and month on month. She has the ability to remain patient while being result oriented and navigate through challenges and maintaining a positive outlook.
Della Group has grown exponentially and pivoted into 6 new business verticals. Sinaiya has played a management role in the conceptualisation, Ideation & strategic implementation of each of these businesses. Today she spearheads the Luxury Interior Products Supply company, Della by Jimmy Mistry, and 2 Della Townships in Mumbai & Pune. Sinaiya also heads the finance department of Della Group. She has been the key architect of Della Groups Strategy and transformation in the last decade.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of playing every possible role within our organization. This journey has been incredibly enriching. Today, I’ve resolved to independently lead a few township projects that I’m deeply passionate about - driving them end-to-end, from business development and design to execution, marketing, and sales. These townships are not just business ventures for me; they represent my commitment to building a legacy aligned with our organization’s ethos, instilled by my father - one that creates employment, uplifts local communities, and contributes meaningfully to society.

Lead Community Builder at DLC, based in Dubai, she driving international DLC Guide operations and bringing global brand collaborations and designers to Della Townships.

Postgraduate from IMT Ghaziabad with over 18 years of multi-industry experience. Has spent the last 9 years with the Della Group across multiple business verticals. Currently serves as Lead Community Builder at Della Leaders Club, spearheading global operations of the DLC Guide. Based in Dubai, she driving international brand collaborations and bringing global designers to Della Townships.

We are delighted to welcome Farhan Pettiwala as the Chief Operating Officer of Della Townships. Featured by Business India as a “Man of Many Parts,” Farhan brings over three decades of multidimensional leadership experience across India and Asia. A gold-medalist Mechanical Engineer and alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and Harvard Business School, he has held senior roles with leading organizations such as Carrier, Reliance Industries, RPG , HiKAL–Kalyani, Tata Trusts, and ISS Facility Management. He has worked very closely with Ratan N Tata and the entire TATA board.  A seasoned strategist, Farhan has advised NITI Aayog and NSDC, and represented industry on CII, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM task forces under the India@75 initiative. In 2024, he was appointed Special Executive Officer to the Government of Maharashtra. We look forward to his leadership in driving operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth at Della Townships.

An alumnus of the prestigious Cornell University with 32 years of experience across real estate, hospitality and funding. He has held CXO-level leadership roles with IHCL, The Boston Group of Hotels, Bvlgari Hotels, Sahara, HIRCO, Nahar Group, Pashmina Realty, and Nouam Financials.

32 Years of Expertise, Ex-CEO Ananta Properties scaling from 1 to 38 Resorts specialising in Hospitality operations and SLB Model across Rajasthan.

18 years at Della, brings expertise in Engineering, Structural Design, Project Execution, and Government Liaisoning. formerly worked as a Project Lead with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defence and Aviation. (MODA)

7 years of experience with the Della Group, starting with Della Resorts. She drives brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and integrated marketing for the township business.

With over 6 years of progressive leadership responsibility within the Della Group, Farhan is among the youngest senior leaders contributing to the organisation’s long-term strategic vision applying robust financial modelling to support scalable and sustainable growth initiatives.

With nearly three decades of experience, including 18 years at the Della Group, he has played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation from 300 to over 2,500 employees.

Retired as Chief of Staff, Southern Command, after over 40 years of distinguished and decorated service in the Indian Army. Honoured by the President of India with the Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Sena Medal (twice), and the Sena Medal for exemplary service.

His illustrious career includes extensive service along the Indo-Pak and Indo-China borders, leadership roles in counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations in Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, and tenure as an instructor at a premier Army training institution. He has held several critical operational and strategic appointments at the apex level and was instrumental in raising the Indian Army’s first Mountain Strike Corps.
