For most of my life, I have been Designing Experiences, across Architecture, Interiors, Hospitality, Adventure and Real Estate.
But today, I find myself asking a much larger question:
How should Humanity live for the next 100 years?

For most of my life, I have been Designing Experiences, across Architecture, Interiors, Hospitality, Adventure and Real Estate. But today, I find myself asking a much larger question:
How should Humanity live for the next 100 years?
Our cities were largely designed for another era. The next generation will live in a World transformed by Technology, Climate, Longevity, new ways of working and an entirely different relationship between people and nature.
I believe this demands more than better buildings. It demands a new way of thinking about human living itself.
That belief led me to create Della Townships.
I see our townships as more than real estate developments. I see them as real-world laboratories for future-fit living, places where Architecture, Technology, Nature, Wellness, Mobility, Hospitality, Work, Entertainment and Human experience can come together as one integrated ecosystem.
And when I say laboratories, I mean it literally.
Alongside building commercially successful townships, we are creating platforms for experimentation and research from microalgae-based carbon capture and converting landfill waste into next-generation construction materials, to Salutogenic Planning, Biophilic and Biomimetic Architecture, Regenerative Systems and Invisible Technologies.
We are bringing together some of the finest minds from India and around the world, architects, designers, engineers, scientists, researchers, technologists and specialists, not simply to imagine the future, but to test it, commercialise it and build it.
Because I strongly believe:
The future cannot only be discussed. It has to be built.
And I believe India has an extraordinary opportunity. For decades, we have looked to the world’s great cities for inspiration. I want to help reverse that lens.
What if the world began looking towards India to understand how the next generation of human living could be designed?
Through Della Townships, we want to create places that add years to life and life to years, places designed around human wellbeing, experiences, community, and nature, while remaining commercially viable and scalable. This is not a project with a finish line. It is an ongoing experiment across multiple Della integrated luxury townships, laboratories, disciplines, and global collaborations, continually questioning how we can live better.
My ambition is that the ideas we develop here will extend far beyond Della. That they contribute to a larger body of knowledge about the future of human living. And that, years from now, when the world asks where some of the ideas shaping the next 100 years were first imagined, tested, and built, India will be part of that answer.

In 2014, Della Resorts, Lonavala, served as the subject and on-ground site for a final-year MBA case study conducted by students from the NYU Stern School of Business, one of the world’s leading business schools.
