Job Title : Admin Manager
Location: Mumbai.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the overall maintenance and management of our office building facilities. This role includes ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of all building systems, including plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning), electrical, security systems, lobby areas, gates, lifts, general office blocks, CMD office , reception area and other critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage vendors, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance and Operations:
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and lifts.
• Oversee the Housekeeping,
• cleanliness, upkeep, and aesthetic standards of the lobby, gates, general office blocks ,reception area and other building areas.
• Ensure all building systems are functional and comply with safety regulations.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency and quality services.
Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate timely repairs to avoid disruptions.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure the building complies with local safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards and address them promptly
Team Coordination:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff or technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Provide training to team members on safety protocols and equipment handling.
Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the budget for facility maintenance and operations.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Emergency Response:
• Act as the first point of contact for emergencies related to building systems or facilities.
• Coordinate swift resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and equipment servicing.
• Prepare periodic reports on facility operations and submit them to senior management.
