Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who is equally passionate about storytelling, editing, and emerging AI technologies. You’ll create engaging short-form and long-form content that captures attention, builds aspiration, and strengthens the Della brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form video content.
• Create compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Generate and enhance visual assets using AI tools.
• Develop motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branded video elements.
• Collaborate with content strategists and designers to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay updated on content trends, editing techniques, and AI innovations.

Job Expectations:

What We’re Looking For
• Senior: 5+ years of experience.
• Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video storytelling.
• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Sora, Flux, and ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of social media content psychology and audience engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional content.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media or any other relevant specialization.

Minimum Job Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience.
