Della Townships, led by Design Futurist Jimmy Mistry, in collaboration with Ravi Prasad, CMD Elbyes Unbound, is developing the 1,400-acre Della Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam International Township in Tirupati, the world’s first Living Exhibition on Sanatan Dharma. Anchored by a 100-acre Living Museum, integrated Golfcourse, Racecourse, Leadership Foundation, Mayrlife medical wellness, and a Della Luxury Design District: Luxury Retail.
The project follows Della’s CDDMO™ model with a GDV of over ₹25,000 crore and an investor-focused 6–9% SLB return potential. Positioned as India’s cultural gift to the world, the Tirupati Township aims to become a global landmark—where heritage, wellness, innovation, and experiential living converge on an unprecedented scale.
