The ground floor is dedicated to sensory stimulation, restorative sleep, and collective mindfulness therapies. It begins with the Sensorium, a multi-sensory experience pod. Nearby, the Chromotherapy Lounge that uses colored light therapy. The Optimal Sleep Pods offer tech-enabled spaces calibrated for 30-minute delta-wave naps. Completing the experience is the Communal Mindfulness Area, a tranquil setting designed for shared stillness, breathwork, and meditative practices that encourage inner balance and collective calm.

Longevity & Medical Precision

Longevity Pods integrate chromotherapy, red light, and oxygen therapy for cellular rejuvenation, while Healthy Aging Suites feature loungers with oxygen chairs and red light panels. Medical services are delivered through the IV Infusion Lab and a fully equipped Diagnostic Suite that supports bloodwork, gut analysis, and metabolic reporting. Specialized treatment zones include the Well-Being Detox Suite, Anti-Inflammation Suite, Stress Control Suite, Holistic Female Health Room, NAD+ Regeneration Suite, Immunity Reset Room, Diabetes Control Room, and an Optimal Weight Zone.

Regenerative Physicality & Water Therapies

Indoor facilities include a Fitness Studio & Gym along with specialized Hydrothermal Ritual zones such as the Hamam, Salt Room for halotherapy, and the invigorating Snow Sauna + Ice Plunge + Cold Bath Circuit. Water-centric wellness continues with a Saline Hydrotherapy Pool, a Flotation Tank Room for sensory relief, and a Heated Indoor Pool for aquatic physiotherapy. On the rooftop, the theme transitions to Lifestyle, Farm & Flow, emphasizing outdoor therapies. The Infinity Pool & Rooftop Restaurant offers gut-friendly, organic, slow-cooked Mayr cuisine made using hyperlocal produce from the Vertical Farming Zone.
