Design Futurist
Jimmy Mistry Della Townships
Jimmy Mistry is a design futurist and thought leader operating at the intersection of design, real estate, hospitality, sustainability, and nation-building. Through his work with DELLA, he has consistently reimagined how large-scale developments can shape not just cities, but economies, communities, and human well-being.
As a frequent speaker at global panels, keynotes, and industry forums, Jimmy Mistry contributes to conversations on integrated townships, regenerative design, experiential hospitality, and future-ready urban ecosystems. His ideas challenge conventional development models advocating for design-led, purpose driven frameworks that create long-term social, economic, and human impact.
From introducing new categories in India to shaping globally relevant development platforms, Jimmy Mistry’s work reflects a singular belief: the future is not predicted it is designed.
