Anchored by the DLC Fashion Community, this 15,000 sq.ft foundation building exists to nurture design thinking, creative exchange, and global dialogue. Conceived as a working ecosystem rather than a display space, it brings together designers, educators, entrepreneurs, and fashion leaders through studios, presentation spaces, archives, and curated programs.
Art Enclave
Designed as a continuously evolving Institution, it hosts Exhibitions, Installations, Residencies and Cultural encounters that extend beyond Static Galleries. Backed by the DLC Global Art Community, the Enclave functions as a platform for Artists, Collectors, Curators and Thinkers to engage in a meaningful Exchange.
Architecture Enclave
As the intellectual centre of this International Design District Township, The Architecture Enclave brings together Architects, Urbanists, Educators and institutions from across the World. Through exhibitions, Research Labs, Material Exploration, Lectures and Symposia, the Enclave fosters dialogue around the future of the built environment.

Spanning 2 lakh sq. ft., the Private Offices form a distinguished creative business district within the Della International Design District Township. Designed for Fashion houses, Design Studios, Architecture practices, Art Collectives and Global Creative Enterprises, These workspaces offer direct access to Exhibition Venues, Material Libraries, Research Labs and cultural amenities.
