The renovation of a corner storefront space in Brooklyn serves as the new HQ for a local developer and despite strict budget and spatial constraints, Karim created a minimalist white interior with a linear floor plan. The design capitalises on the abundant natural light from the building's corner position, with clear glass serving as the primary design element.
