The Hilton Motto Hotel at 88 Schermerhorn is set to lead the industry by committing to deliver 100% modular construction, featuring a sleek profile and an ultramodern underground bar and restaurant. Innovating within tight site constraints, DF&A utilised an all-steel modular approach for this Brooklyn location. The design incorporates two extra-long modules to eliminate concrete above the second story. Motto goes beyond merely downsizing hotel rooms; each space is ingeniously crafted for functionality, like "The Flex" room transforming seamlessly from living areas to sleeping quarters.
