DF&A’s prototype hotel room for MiTek's modular initiative illustrates how modular technology can complement architectural design. This project proves that functionality and aesthetics can go hand in hand. The exterior showcases a sophisticated striped pattern of vertical fins that not only provide sunshade but also create visual depth, effectively concealing the connections between modules and reducing the bulky appearance typical of stacked designs.

Inside, the space features custom millwork that reflects the exterior design, tailored furnishings, and voice-activated floor-to-ceiling windows. This innovative approach, developed with MiTek, establishes a new benchmark for efficiency while maintaining striking beauty.
